The Multivista Task Manager supports multiple workflows for creating a task, in both Desktop and Mobile App environments. This article describes how to create a Task Item from the List View. Other related articles describe the process for creating a Task Item starting with a photo or a Pin location.

Desktop

  1. From the List View or Floorplan View, click on the 'Create Entry' button

  2. Fill in all of the Required fields as well as any optional fields you wish to include.

  3. Adjust the Due Date as required.

  4. Add pins to indicate the Task location.

  5. Add photos to supplement written information.

  6. Add any files which are relevant to the Task

  7. Click 'Done' once complete, or 'Done & New' if you wish to create another Task item.

Mobile

  1. From the List View or Floorplan View, tap the 'Create' button

  2. Fill in all of the Required fields as well as any optional fields you wish to include.

  3. Adjust the Due Date as required.

  4. Tap 'Next'

  5. Add photos to supplement written information.

  6. Add pins to indicate the Task location.

  7. Add any files which are relevant to the Task

  8. Tap 'Finish' once complete.
